TEA PARTY and ICLEI Makes VIRGINIA PUBLIC RADIO in BLACKSBURG!

On September 15, Virginia Public Radio, reported about the effects of the Tea Party on local politics:  Namely the fight against the unconstitutional ICLEI!  It actually was a fairly good rendition of the two sides.  Here is the report; it actually talks about why ICLEI violates the Constitution and cites Article I, Section 10:

For those who don’t have their constitution handy, article one, section ten says states shall not enter into any agreement with a foreign Power, and ICEI, the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives,  is a global group of more than 1,200 cities that has ties to the United Nations.

Some defenders of liberty have been successful in exposing ICLEI and terminating ICLEI contracts within their local governments but there is still much work to do. Agenda 21 policies also emanate at the local level from grant monies, private foundations and more. Your city does not have to be an ICLEI member to be affected by Agenda 21 ICLEI policies.

ICLEI is used as one of the mechanisms to undo the political recognition of unalienable rights.

ICLEI uses the false premise and outright lies of anthropogenic global warming to change our way of life, for the worse!

ICLEI: Local Governments for Sustainability promotes Local Action 21, Local Agenda 21 and other United Nations programmes implemented through local town councils, planners, mayors and local governments.

Why should you care?

Social engineering and behavior modification are some of the true objectives being implemented under the guise of environmental and climate protection. This is accomplished by exploiting people's desire to maintain a healthy and lasting environment in the name of “sustainability.” Here is an example of how ICLEI changes behavior, jut like another organization called “Fostering Sustainable Behavior”.
